A small crew with one belief.
I’ve spent over a decade in software, and after years of watching roadmaps get decided by whoever had the loudest voice in the room, I built Lysnd. I’ve assembled a powerhouse advisory team of creators, support heroes, and growth strategists who know exactly what breaks when companies lose touch with their users. Together, we’re building Lysnd into the listening engine that does the heavy lifting for you, pulling scattered conversations from across the web into clear, undeniable direction.
We believe the best products aren’t built on executive hunches, they’re built on honest conversations. That goes for how we run Lysnd, too: when you submit a question or a complaint, there’s no red tape or support runaround. You’re talking directly to the people building the application, and we move fast to fix what’s broken.

We believe evidence beats opinion. Every opportunity and plan item keeps a link back to its source, and if we cannot show you where it came from, we do not show it.
We choose signal over volume, because a short list you act on beats a long list you skim. We would rather return five impactful learnings than five hundred posts.
And we respect user data, collecting only what you need to build awesome products, nothing more and nothing less.
